I usually walk into a park and have my camera right in front around my neck (like a tourist). I walk up to people and introduce myself and ask if I could take their picture and ask a few questions. Surprisingly, I've only had a handful of people say no. Most people want to talk with me and tell me their stories. I feel really priveliged to have met many of them. They really are some of the most interesting people I have ever met.
